At EVER NIX SDN. BHD. (202501034130 – 1635540-H), we are committed to delivering your school bags and backpacks safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses within Malaysia only, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

For bulk or special delivery requests outside these regions, please contact us for arrangements.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • For pre-order items (if any), processing time may be longer. Customers will be notified accordingly.

3. Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount (as advertised).

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
You may track your parcel directly through the courier’s official tracking platform.

6. Self-Collection

Currently, we do not offer self-collection. All orders will be delivered via our appointed courier services.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number at evernix@outlook.com.
While we are not liable for courier delays, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

  • In the case of lost packages, we will liaise with the courier to initiate an investigation or claim.
